If you’re looking for customer service definitely not the place. One of the lady’s in the front was very sweet, but the one who looks like a young man was extremely rude to the point that I walked out after waiting in line for 15 minutes. There are other soul food restaurants that respect their customers.

The food is always on point but the customer service is not great but just depends on who up front nobody look happy to at work nobody wear gloves or hair net go a long way when deal food but the food is good it depend on who cooking that
When they were in East Nashville they were great but I’m not sure what happened. I paid 27$ for poor service and poor quality food. The staff is so unprofessional. I told the lady 6 different times what my order was and every time she would talk to the cook or the other lady helping in the front. She still didn’t get my order right. I was even charged for a full plate and the woman didn’t even put all the sides on the plate. I use to tell everyone to come here for great food. I’ll gladly send them to H&Ts where you get what you pay for and the service and food is on point. Y’all sure have fell off and it’s sad because you use to be the best around
