Literally the worst chipotle in nashville. never have the right things after 8 pm, terrible staff, terrible problem solving skills like my order has gotten butchered at least 3 times by the afternoon-night staff. They might as well close this one.

NASTY ! omg they don't clean at all. the drive through food area and the front counter food area was filthy! The station wel here you get unwrapped plastic ware was filthy .. like how are yal servicing but not cleaning . awful. do better please

I'm generally a fan of chipotle, and I travel for work, so I've been to quite a few around the country. I like to put some salt on my bowl, so I typically look to see if they have a shaker, and anywhere that doesn't, I'll ask for just a little in a side cup. Every chipotle I have been to this is no big deal. Until today. The employees shrugged and said "I guess someone stole it," when asked about the shaker. They replied that they are "not allowed" to give me any, despite the fact of it being the same salt they would have used to fill up the shaker. Sure I enjoyed my bowl less, but it's more about lack of service and being dismissive.

Online ordering did work. The girls working couldn't get my simple 3 chicken taco order right. In the end, they just slapped it together in aluminum foil. When i unwrapped it, it was basicly goulash with tortillas.

I've been 3 times and the quality of the food is pretty consistent. But the attitudes of the employees is also consistent, not in a good way. Everyone appears to not want to be here. One of the young ladies was on her phone and when I expressed a concern about not being able to use my rewards she said she couldn't help me with that. Portions are fine, but you'll have to tell them to add a little more if you feel like it isn't enough. I can only imagine they would benefit from proper management.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Ate Chipotle at this location for the 1st time a few weeks ago workers were rude!! Decided to order on DoorDash today instead they gave me the wrong drink for my kids meal & forgot my large side of Queso.

My girlfriend and I went to have dinner at chipotle and the manager working that night was very rude. The young lady working was walking around on her phone while we were waiting to be served. She claimed there was no sour cream when clearly there was. We both got food poisoning so there was probably some cross contamination with the food there. The area on the front counter was messy and they were just leaving our food to sit and get cold. This location was not very good.
My rice was hard and dry, and I wasn't given a lot of beans.

Sick of this location! ITS HORRIBLE! So last night I ordered my usual but instead my husband did it through the app. Double chicken veggies rice and spicy salsa. There were 10 pieces of chicken (i literally could count it) 2 pieces of peppers and PLENTY of rice. I told my husband to bring it back because how dare they !!!! They accused him of doing it wrong in the app and made him pay extra because they couldn’t see the double chicken on their end. My thing is you can see there aren’t even veggies on my bowl and how did it come to $17 if I DIDNT GET DOUBLE CHICKEN?!?!?! Can’t even do the math!!!! Made us pay and extra $4 so a bowl and tacos were $30?!?! Husband watched them scoop my chicken and shake the spoon so chicken falls off, like if the potion fits on the spoon why are y’all INSISTING on NOT giving me what we are paying for. Scoop the damn chicken like a real adult and put that on my damn plate!!!!! Chips are ALWAYS STALE and crushed in little pieces and can’t even eat it with my food. Location is full of rude employees who skimp your food and argue about it. Don’t even waste your time coming here!!! METRO location near my job is FANTASTIC!! I’ll drive 15 minutes for a bowl that’s not just rice and nothing else!!! I pray this location gets shut down !!!

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. For one I always order a bowl, I like to get my cold ingredients on the side because I never eat my bowl in its entirety. It's NEVER been a problem now all of a sudden if you get your ingredients on the side they will charge you. They never have any grilled veggies at anytime of the day. And their response is they have the option to make them or not. Everyone that's working is rude and obnoxious. Bowls are always made sloppy, the workspace is never clean and the food is ALWAYS DRIED OUT. The last bowl I bought cost $25, complete waste of money!

I love Chipotle. One could even argue it's a problem, but this location is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I've been sitting in the "Chipotlane" for over 40 minutes, waiting for a mobile order that said it was ready for pickup 5 minutes before I got here. What's worse, I can't even abandon the order altogether because you're locked into this lane by a stupid curb. Leaving poor reviews is not a regular thing for me, but this is definitely NOT the first time this has happened and I've had plenty of time to sit here and think about sharing my frustrations publicly. So, here we are.
