I recently discovered this little gem in my neighborhood and instantly fell in love. Plenty of parking, welcoming staff, and one of the best lattes I have ever had. Will definitely be coming in a regular basis!

Loved it. Had my first time there this morning. Hadn’t gone because it always looked dead and I wasn’t even sure if it was open. Finally pulled in today to meet a friend. More parking in the back which I didn’t realize and have probably missed out on this great place for far too long. I had a cortado and it was great. Friendly staff and good espresso. I’ll be back.Parking: There is more parking than first meeets the eye. Parking around back also.

Be prepared to pay Starbucks prices but Starbucks simply cannot compare from the Cuban coffee with a quesadilla that was awesome to the cuisine service and the store had been renovated and looks really nice they were playing 90s music that was nostalgic. Wish I could taste 10 stars.

I would give 10 stars if I could from the awesome food to great Cuban coffee and pastries that are made in house with every penny but in addition to this their stores design was very neat and I had to ask when they opened cause I thought it was brand new as a chef the cleanliness and order in which they operate is top notch hope they continue to grow we need more of these mom and pop shops before Starbucks is the only option left they cannot compare. ❤️

This is a really lovely spot. I stopped in because they are an Amazon pick up location, but decided to caffeinate and work for a few hours. Coffee was great, and I also got a bagel sandwich that was delicious.Overall, this is a very community oriented cafe. Workers and patrons alike seemed really happy to be there. Plus they played awesome music my whole visit. If you’re looking for a place to work, I would definitely recommend.
Grams has DELICIOUS food and drinks- I loved their freshly made blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll. I loved their staff, their food, the space- everything. So now I’m a regular and I truly enjoy it every single time. 10/10!!! Please check it out if you’re looking for a new place to study or some good food and

Ok folks, do yourself a favor and give Grams a moment of your time. I stopped in for a coffee, ended up ordering an egg and cheese biscuit too. The beverage choices are unique....I went with a hot Ginger Matcha. Very pleased!!! The space is clean and hip, classic R&B in the background, graffiti art on the walls. Cool vibe! So glad I stopped in!
