Probably the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Zero aroma and taste, kind of acidic...I think it was old. I tried to fight through it but eventually just had to pour it out.

Been here multiple times now and have always been happy with my coffee! Had the breakfast wrap recently and it was delicious!

I really loved the experience here at Madtown Coffee. The products I purchased were delightful and the coffee barista taught me something new about the coffee's they make. I will come here again!Vegetarian options: Very precise and lots of care with how they prepare their vegetarian options.

Great tasting coffee, delicious food, perfect atmosphere for reading a book or getting some work done, and cool art for sale. Highly recommend. Madison has been needing a coffee shop like this for years and thankfully I don’t have to drive far for great coffee anymore. Love this place.

I have attempted to get coffee from this place four times now. The sign on the door says, OPEN, the time on the door is 6:00 am and it is 630am. Doors are locked, workers inside and they just look at you. Not very good customer service in my book. If your not going to open on time, put a message up on door!!

As a barista this coffee is legit! I got an oat milk latte and my fiancé got a cortado. Both were very good. The customer service was also phenomenal considering we showed up as soon as the doors opened. If you are in need of some good local coffee definitely try this place!!

One of the best cappuccino I have had. The ambience is very good if you want to sit down and work/think/doodle.

Visited this place with my mother and she politely asks the guy behind the counter if they have espresso and he replies very condescendingly “this is a coffee shop what do you think?”. Very disrespectful and rude…

It's a great space to do work. I really liked the coffee. There was one latte that I had that could have been stirred before serving because I originally thought they got the order incorrect. The food is a bit overpriced especially for me receiving a burnt sandwich. But the staff were really nice.

I enjoy drinking my coffee black. The subtle flavor notes are exciting to identify but this coffee’s bitterness was overwhelming and off putting. I asked for a small size and received a cup size that did not justify the $3.27 cost, even with the eco friendly materials. Maybe the barista was about to brew a fresh batch and I a got the last of the old, and maybe the counter person chose the wrong cup size. Either way I will give the shop another try next time I’m in Madison.

Was there a week ago to buy a pastry. None of the offerings looked appetizing, but I chose a cinnamon roll. It had to be at least three days old, probably older. Don't charge fresh pastry prices if you're going to serve a hockey puck! First time customer; I won't be back.
