Haven't had food from a Burger King for a couple of years and won't stop again any time soon. Ordered a classic melt and regular whopper. Order showed a whopper and some sort of wrap. Corrected it at the pay window. Got home and order consisted of a whopper and a plain double cheeseburger which would not win any taste test award.

I went there every day just about to get there little cheddar cheese bites and they were always great. Today broke my heart when I was told they didn't sale them any more. Everyone was talking about how great they were so WHY STOP HAVING SOMETHING THAT SO MANY PEOPLE LOVE. That's all we went there for so I guess no more of the King . Bring the bites back!!!!!!!!;

condiments are condiments if I asked for a specific amount of catch up a specific amount of barbecue sauce or a specific amount of ranch dressing or any other condiment I asked for I should be allowed that at a place where have it your way is the main sales pitch when I order 25 $30 worth of food I expect the condiments I asked for but to have a manager especially a regional manager tell me I cannot have a specific amount of comments I am more than just speechless a policy like that will make sure I will not return again without a formal apology from a certain supervisor I will find it very hard pressed to walk in that store again

I'd forgotten why I don't eat burger king. The $1 any size coffee pulled me back. The service is great and the place is clean. But this food is absolutely disgusting! I feel my arteries clogging as I look at the food. And it tastes as bad as it looks.

This is why it takes soooo long... ppl waiting 25 mins or more, just to get really bad food/service. Where is the manager while these employees are just playing on their phones???

We made a online order 30mins before my wife got off of work when we showed up the food wasn't ready. But we'll we waited 20 more minutes I looked around and all the men there was on there phone from the drive thru guy to the guy that was making fries to the guy that was making the burgers. Then when I walked one of the workers went in the bathroom so remembered I was there for 20 minutes then I had to use the bathroom so I knocked on the door he came right out blowing a vape out of his mouth and the bathroom smelled really fruity it wasn't cleaned. It had toilet paper on the floor chewing tobacco on the floor. The service area was not clean at all.Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly

Betty that works the drive thru is always the highlight of my visits. She is the nicest person I've ever seen working in a fast food line. Everytime I go I can immediately tell she is working because she is so super friendly. I'd love to start a campaign where everyone happy with Betty would start giving her a dollar and we shall call this campaign " Bucks for Betty" . Thank you Betty for always being so wonderful ! I hope corporate hears of this review and gives you a big bonus.
