Dominique the owner of this dominos and sweetwater treat his staff terrible. He fires people over emergencies and exploits his staff. They use the well cheese that falls off the counter in their pizzas. Stay away from this idiot and his managers who don't care about their employees or customers. I wouldn't trust the food here .

Ordered a pizza delivery that was supposed to have extra cheese and double mushrooms and didn't even get a single order of mushrooms then called and asked to fix it and they said I can bring the pizza in and they can weigh it after I paid a $6 delivery fee.

I ordered a pizza with double mushrooms in Madisonville Tennessee and it came with not even a single serving of mushrooms on it and I called and asked how we could resolve it and the manager said I would have to bring the pizza in so they could weigh it after I paid a $6 delivery fee. I left a negative review on Google and will not be returning to this location

Amazing food and great people. The only reason I gave it four stars is bc I never get my dipping sauces. I still tip. Just wish I had my sauces.

Parmesan isn't the main cheese on a pizza. They should know that. Salty and sloppy. Bad sauce. Not worth any money let alone what you pay for it.

Waited over a hour for it to get here just for it to be cold like it’s been sitting there, kinda ridiculous when people are paying 30 dollars for a pizza and 20oz drink. I atleast expect it to be warm but cold come on now, REALLY

My husband had surgery today so ordering pizza tonight to be delivered was convenient since I didn’t have to go out for it. After waiting an hour and a half, I saw that the driver had been in my neighborhood for about 15 minutes. We live in a very small neighborhood with literally just two streets and our mailbox has 4” numbers clearly seen from the street. She couldn’t find our house. I called the store and then after another 10 minutes saw a voicemail from the driver. I called and she gave a ton of excuses and blamed me for not answering when she called. She left to go deliver two other orders meanwhile my pizza has been out of the oven over an hour at this point. I told her to just get it to us sometime today so we could eat it and she refused to deliver because I ‘was rude’. She was very rude at this point while I was admittedly upset. I had already tipped her 20%. I called the store and a manger was not anymore helpful. I didn’t want the pizza at this point but did want my money back and an apology from the driver - not in person because I never want to see this gal. He refused to get her to apologize. I will NOT be ordering from Madisonville Dominoes again.

Dietary restrictions: The texture and flavor of the "gluten free" pizza (made with gluten free ingredients, but not in a separate area, so may come in contact with gluten containing products) one of the best around.
Ordered chicken habanero light on sauce, I use to get no sauce an get it on the side til they started charging me, so light has worked til today I always say no peppers an they don’t put any on but today it was drenched in sauce, one bite I was on fire, 2 nd they have done me wrong, last time it was my debit card. There want be a third time, I’ll go back to Pizza Hut
