Tried to give this place another try after having the worst Mexican food in my entire life from here since reviews seemed ok… and I should’ve known better! Rude and awful employees!!! Put in door dash order and they wouldn’t help me or give me my food. After waiting 25 mins I walked out and requested a refund. Immediately called and they tried to say is just canceled the order because I guess they never made it!!! Bad food bad people. Far better Mexican restaurants to support in the area, literally any of them are better than Mayan house.

Looking for a new Mexican restaurant in the area and thought we would give a try. Server was very sweet and fairly attentive. Prices are reasonable, but food is kinda bland and a little watered down. From the cheese and bean dip to the coffee. I tried a combo with a tamal and enchilada and tried with the Verde sauce. Tamal was good, enchilada was not great and the Verde sauce was a bit much, food was swimming in it. Not good enough to recommend, but this was only 1 visit and maybe other menu items are better.

This is not your cookie cutter Mexican restaurant. This is head and shoulders better than the norm. I had street tacos (al pastor) and a Sope (with birria meat). Incredible. Tacos were served with whole sliced avocado. I salted this and put it on my tacos. Sooo good. I can say enough about the superior tastes and flavors in this restaurant.
