We had some time to kill before a show, so we stopped by O'Charley's. The atmosphere was nice. The bar area where we sat was a typical sports bar, and the bartenders were friendly and chatted with us. There was no wait for seating.We ordered appetizers of fried pickle chips and chicken tenders. Both were very good. We order fried pickles almost everywhere we go, and these rank near the top in taste and texture. The quantity could be a little more for the price, but it wasn't terrible. The chicken tenders were crispy and not dried out the way some can be, and the Chipotle sauce was delicious.They offered us free rolls and butter, so we tried that. The rolls were very good. Could have used more butter, but we didn't want to bother them with that request as these were complimentary anyway.

The service was awesome and it didn't all come out at once the appitizer came out with the salad the rolls and drinks came out first and then the ontrey it was lovely
Food was great. Hostess and server were great. We stopped by on our way back to Atlanta and Paula, over by the bar was our server. She had Amazing customer service, food came out quick and hot. I would go back for that part. We ordered the Shrimp Cajun Pasta and a Bacon Cheddar Burger(with no bun) and a baked potato.Dietary restrictions: They have a Allergen Binder you can look at to see what foods have what particular allergens.
I completely get that the prices have went up on food. So in turn the price for meals have to go up also. But we a family of 4(2 adults, 2 children) just paid over $80 for the smallest portions of a meals ever gotten at O'Charleys. Will not be back.

3/27/24 was my son's Birthday dinner with 12 family members. We called ahead time was told they got us when we arrived. Yes they had tables ready. The waitress came over, took out order for drinks, another waitress brought out two basket bread for 10 people. Only four rolls to a basket. Then it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Then it took 45 minutes to get our food. One order steak med well burned over cook, order chicken, sweet potatoes,green beans to much salt, about 4 bits of bens same with sweet potatoes.on all our orders we were the last to get our food the restaurant was full by time we got our food. There were four people in restaurant.card machine was down and had to manually put numbers in understandable. Waitress was doing here best along with manger.And yes we tipped her very good, it wasn't her fault. They were short waitress. So good wasn't good and over 80% of food was left on table. Though they would've said Happy Birthday to our son . Never happen. I willnt recommend this place to anyone. Spent around $360 with tips.Thanks,Cary

This has always been aplace for special occasions and always outstanding food but Tuesday Feb.6.2024 this all changed. steak and chicken tenders $20.99 should have been called steak and chicken nugggets looked like they had taken 1 chicken strip and cut it into 4 pieces. cedar plank salmon $20.99 was good but the tiny baked potatoe was just sad and all this just made us sad because this has been our go to place for decades.
