Watched them peel the moldy food off the top and threw it away, then served the meat from under it. When I said something, they argued and said it was still good, no mold on that piece. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The person who took my order, Manisha, was very disrespectful. As someone who just ordered their food I am very upset and with my twelve year old daughter we agree that we’re never going their again. My daughter went to order a sub and tried to give my daughter a 6 inch, Manisha clearly got mad when my daughter told her she wanted a foot long. She didn’t even ask foot long or six inche. Manisha started putting the meat on my daughters sub angrily as if the meat did something to her. When it was my turn to order I told my daughter to order her sister a sub. Manisha barely asked me any questions when it came to adding Vegatables and would place everything down angrily. When my daughter ordered the last sub Manisha carried it out like it’s nothing she asked what bread but when she would ask what meat and cheese she wouldn’t specifically asked “what cheese.” Or “What meat?” She would just say what type how does she expect my daughter to know. When my daughter told her toasted Manisha just went on and acted how she didn’t hear my daughter. My daughter said it another time Manisha looked at my daughter and than kept putting it in the bag. When it came to paying I told Manisha “I’m paying for my food I’m not asking it for free.” Manisha was also being racist.I don’t speak well my English so I get my daughter to help me sometimes. My daughter and I realize when the people who were behind us were American she kept smiling repeatedly at them and saying how sorry she was she would ask them nicely what they wanted and everything else.I never act rude to people who are taking my orders but she really earned it. I do not recommend it especially with Manisha as the person taking the order.

I have gone to this Subway numerous times and the food was great. Last night I go in at 8 and there are 4 workers talking, not even acknowledging me. One was taking to the others while he was making HIMSELF a sub. The other 3 were talking in a group while one was counting money. I was so aggravated that I just turned around and left. I don't know if I'll ever go back.

They don’t wear gloves or wash their hands. They will collect cash then go and grab your food with those SAME nasty hands! Most disgusting attitudes and the worse food handling I’ve ever seen! We said something and the dude that you can barely understand started raising his voice. If you want to get sick eat here!

The server here was really nice and welcoming. We picked up a club sandwich and a veggie patty sandwich. I'm the weirdo asking for some of the bread to get pulled out to make the sandwich a bit less fluffy. The worker chimed in in solidarity that he did this too. I wonder if he was the owner as he seemed so polite and gracious as we paid. I find myself at Subway when traveling to places that generally don't have any veg options. Subway is pretty reliable but isn't exactly my favorite. The person working made the visit super pleasant. Probably one of the nicer interactions we had while in Manchester. Thanks!

I ordered a 6in sub today and it was really small. I guess the previous person who got a 6in got a 7in instead cause mine was only 5in. I told the girl this and asked for another bun but she refused to give me a different one. She even pulled out a ruler and it was clearly a 5in bun and she said "see a 6in sub". Over $5 for a sub is expensive enough but to get cheated on the size too is just too much. If they are gonna sell 5in subs they should advertise it that way. Very disappointed . I would give them zero stars if that was possible but I had to select at least one star. What happened to "the customer is always right" .

She was taking a mans order and in the middle of that asked if she could help me I replied with you can go ahead and finish his order, I have a few sandwiches she then rolled her eyes at me. When I checked out she threw over the receipt at me (not handing it to me) and walked away with no have a nice day or anything. It just trigged a nerve in me. ??♀️ Unprofessional
