Great little bbq trailer ran by kind-hearted, hardworking folks. Fork-tender brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs. I plan on making my way through the menu soon.Having worked several years in the business, I tend to be overcritical of bbq, and restaurants overall. Popped by here while making a turn through my alma mater during a trip out on Reelfoot lake. I grabbed a pound of pork for lakeside sandwiches which was great! Nice balance of smoke. Would love to come back and try her brisket. Double bonus that there was an ice and water vending machine which is was what got me to pull in to start with to restock the cooler. Come for the ice, stay for the barbecue
