Placed my order on the app. Arrived at the drive thru just before 7PM. The girl in drive thru had a bit of an attitude when she told me to pull around, but I was willing to overlook that. What I can’t overlook is the fact that my son’s fries were left out of the order, but she was eating fries straight out of the fry station with no gloves on or anything. Our onion rings were also cold, my chicken sandwich was swimming in mayonnaise (I had to take a napkin and wipe a bunch off), and we sat in the drive thru for what seemed like forever. Very unsatisfied with our visit.

Everyone standing around complaining about their lives. Took over 15 min for 2 Jr cheeseburgers w/ pickles only. One person started making them, and then the girl comes over and starts wrapping one up without cheese so I say those are supposed to have cheese and she kicks and attitude with me running her mouth to the point everyone in there is so upset and everyone is asking you alright with each other. I feel bad for the people that have to go to that burger King bc I will never be back. So disorganized and disrespectful. If I could give it a negative I would. If I was the DM I would start with a new crew. The one girl was trying to use short staffed as the problem and I'm like there is 7 of you standing around and no one in the kitchen. Straight pathetic!

Ordered on the app and went to pick up waited 20 minutes at the speaker box in the drive thru nothing. Went into the lobby door was unlocked imeadiatly told lobby was closed. Got back in the drive thru after 10 minutes was told someone would be with me shortly fast forward 30 minutes and no word. Pulled around the building and the staff was sitting in the closed lobby. Luckily corporate gave me a refund on the app.

I have not been here in a few months but food was delicious. Unfortunately was very understaffed and took awhile to get food. The very few Staff were so busy they really didn’t have time to engage with customers.
