“This location "sold" me something today that is pretty close to becoming extinct, and I didn't pay a penny for it. I legitimately received Customer Service. Those are two words that the majority of this generation will unfortunately not experience. I brought food in from a neighboring restaurant and ordered a small Diet Coke. Unfortunately, because of the price, I respectfully withdrew my order. There are breaking points to this economic madness we're living in, and the price of the Diet Coke was one of those breaking points for me. I went ahead and started enjoying the food I brought in when a female manager (Rebecca) came over and placed an empty cup in front of me. I was genuinely taken aback. I tried not to accept it, but it was to no avail. She got the last word. Of course, the moral to this story is that I'll be back and will spend much more than what I would've spent on that small Diet Coke. Keep shining, Rebecca!“
“This bucket of chicken was without a doubt the worst chicken I've ever eatn it was like trying to chew up a mouthful of rubber bands and when I called them and complained about it the assistant manager said( ok ) I can promise the kfc by foothills mall has cn the last of me. The only reason I gave it 1 star is simply because there was nothing less“
“I had an amazing visit. I was alone with my young siblings and the costumer made some rude comments to me as I was ordering. The worker saw and gave us an extra drink for free since we only got three for the four of us. As he was cleaning he came up to us and apologized for the rude costumer and he said he told the costumer what he did and it was not right. Then he gave us some extra sauces. “We stopped in this evening to pick up an on line order. The team was friendly, and although they were a bit short staffed and very busy, they all worked hard, took great care of all of the customers and the meal was wonderful! Five star service, thank you to all !!“
“Ordered the Zaxby chicken Cobb zalads. The zalads are pretty good as for salads go, and you get plenty of food for the price which in today's market is a great deal. My only drawback from today was that I ordered 3 Cobb salads, one came as ordered, the other two did not. I had ordered one without bacon and as you can guess it came with bacon. The other I had ordered was with fried chicken and extra cucumbers and tomatoes. No chicken, and just normal cuces and tomatoes... ??☹️☹️“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This was our 1st time trying this place & we will definitely be back all we can say is wow! Everything was sooo good we both got loaded potatoe soup & a scoop of chicken salad. The service was very quick our cashier was super sweet & the atmosphere was quiet which was very nice.
