I only give them 4 stars because of the inconsistency in price. I'll order the exact same thing for my and family and me, and 4 out of 5 times, the total price is different. I've asked staff about the differences in price, and they'll tell me that it's because of how the individual ring things up. You have to tell them you're ordering a tray (a.k.a. 'combo'). Otherwise, each item rings up full price. A few weeks ago, they told me that corporate is downsizing their standard drinks in their trays, but they're not posting that anywhere. Now you have to ask for the large, and you'll get it upsized for free. But you have to ask for it. It's just odd. Standardize your pricing, and stop with the weird processes and procedures. It's weird and seems shady otherwise.

Huey the person in drive thru was rude wouldn't let anyone talk cause they was too busy interrupting had to repeat multiple times and didn't even get all my food I order had to ask for multiple things that it left off and burnt my food really shouldn't work fast food if u dnt want to work lazy teenager wants a job but not do the work

I work in fast food. I not only got absolutely rushed out of here but I was given no chance to ask for extra cheese bites. Which my whole reason for asking because I knew they’d only give me 3-4 in my tray which is also ridiculous. The girl at the drive thru had me repeat myself 1000 times before actually understanding what my order was. Then I get to the window and she’s laughing and not on task with other employees within the building. She slammed the window shut before I got the chance to ask again for my extra cheese bites. I’m truly disappointed. I didn’t even get the extra honey mustard I asked for. How are me and my family supposed to use two honey mustard’s for THREE trays. You guys need to ditch teenagers for employees and hire more adults. It’s truly sad seeing as many teenagers as I do within fast food restaurants. They don’t care or take pride in their work. Please just get it together.

This fast food establishment has a wonderful selection of American fare, including hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, french fries and barbecue. The food is tasty and the portion size is very good for the cost of the plates. The interior design is friendly to both Maryville and Alcoa high schools. The dining atmosphere is very casual and clean.Parking: There is an adequate amount of parking space, considering this is mainly a drive-through restaurant. There are parking spaces on both sides of the building and a nearby lot for overflow.
