Dairy Queen has the best Chicken Salads and Two For Five Burgers and when they had the option of changing component providers to expand cheaply they turned it down because the quality of their food was more important to them. They make the best chicken, never greasy like Jangles or rubbery breaded like KFCs. Their burgers are awesome and adding lettuce or onions is less than twenty cents. Their Two For Five Burgers are so much better than a Big Mac. ?
2 people handled the whole night ran the drive thru and lobby. These 2 people somehow managed to remain calm and happy and were able to still provide a positive environment. It was busy when we stopped in 10/31/23 and understood any delays as we could see that they were working alone I do not remember the names of the two workers, but if dairy Queen wants to reach out to me I would love for them to receive some kind of recognition. I am doing this review because I stopped here for an ice cream at 9:00 at night while staying for the night because of my patient's doctor's appointment. The drive-thru was packed, it was middle of the week, and this soft - spoken young lady that helped us at the register was pleasant, efficient, and got the job done!
