Love the people who work here, always friendly & helpful. Food is always reliable & good. But... today I got a large cold brew that was awful. Burnt, chemical extremely unpalatable and not the normal flavor profile of Dunkin Cold Brew, which I've been drinking for a few years now. I'd message the corporate site but it seems too complicated. I know this industry, and quality control is far from ideal in the large scale coffee roasting/processing world. I don't know what happened but the product I received was not acceptable and not the previous norm for Dunkin Cold Brew.

Audrey is the greatest employee ever! Everyone is so nice and the food is so good especially the chicken wrap. Best Dunkin' Ever!!Parking: Plenty of parking, if you park down by the house, ignore the crazy lady.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They enjoy the company!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the entrance.

No cake donuts. Our general manager doesn't order them. The response when I asked for one. Your dunkin donuts and you don't have a cake donut offered, besides powdered donut holes. That's the only thing that did set you apart from all the Krispy krusty donut places around. Very disappointing. Bring back the good old days. It is hilarious that I asked for a chocolate iced cake and the employee points and says that's all of our deserts, pointing to a plastic wrapped piece of cake on the counter display.

We love our friendly Maryville Dunkin Donuts for their excellent service, their great variety of Donuts and other goodies, and the friendly atmosphere! The ambiance is wonderful and can't be beat! We brought our 19 year old granddaughter there from Illinois so she could experience the Maryville ambiance, and she loved it! It is one of our dining favorites!
I use to get the wrong doughnut after working my 12 hour nightshift but since Sherry Ann has been working the window everything has been perfect. I don't even need to check my order now. She deserves a raise!!

We stopped in here for a snack before a show at Maryville College. Staff were friendly, store was pretty clean and we were greeted promptly. The shift leader/manager was very polite and had good customer service. We ordered a couple drinks and a couple snacks. He threw in an extra donut for free. So kind of him! Only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars is my hubby said the cream cheese on his bagel was ultra sweet, and it tasted like icing, and my small drink was only filled about 70%. Overall a good experience though. Thank you.
My favorite location by far! My husband and I come here often for mobile orders and they always treat us wonderfully. We've never had an incorrect order or any issues with the service. Talyn is phenomenal and always makes sure we leave happy! Thanks so much to this team ?

One girl with fun hair all the time, goes out of her way to create a drink just for me because I never know the right thing to order and I’m the only person that doesn’t like overly sweet drinks it seems.
