I ordered a medium hot coffee 2 cream 2 sugar and they gave me an iced coffee I went back to the window and the girl who was there very bitter by the way she should be at home not in a customer service location told me no and closed the window I wasn't going to change it but another employee arrived and was very friendly and gave me a very hot coffee.

Been coming to this Dunkin every single day, sometimes 2x a days, for almost a year. The past few months, my daughter has gotten the Snackin Bacon but I request plain ole bacon over the black pepper, as she said it's nasty. Today I ordered my coffee and bacon and was told "we're not allowed to do that"... Ok, I told them I'll just go to the other Dunkin to get the bacon, as I've been doing this for months. The rude manager comes over the intercom with an attitude "well do you want to get your drinks there too? "... No, I want my coffee. Get to the window to pay and she comes to the window with her same attitude because her life is miserable, saying her boss told her THIS MORNING it's against " company standards". Called Dunkin Corp and they said that makes no sense so kuddos to this place being a nightmare! Go to Dutch Bros

The new drive thru set-up sucks.I pulled up to order, ordered, and then was cut off by three mobile orders. The person taking orders kept thinking I was a new car that pulled up as I sat and waited for “my turn”. When I explained I have ordered but keep getting cut off, I was answered with“Ya sorry, they are mobile orders.”And, I’m wondering why the donuts are always slightly stale? They never taste fresh.

While me and my friend were eating there on lunch between 7:00 and 8:00 pm, the young night shift employees were playing music very loudly, making loud and obnoxious jokes, singing very loudly and laughing hysterically. We were trying to have a conversation and couldn’t focus due to their unprofessionalism.

My husband and I ordered 2 Avacado toasts which ended up not even being warm or toasted! We were hungry and ate them but my goodness! They just remodeled to keep up with the new Dutch Bros but this is not going to help their business if they keep messing up like this!

Remodeled parking lot looks great, but I'm sitting in the drive through now. Two mobile order cars pulled in front of me. That's not the problem, the problem is that the one car has been at the window for approximately 6 mins and now the second car has been at the window for approximately 5 minutes. This added so much more time than necessary to my drive through experience. Should've went to Quick Fix.

I've been in town the past week and every time I enter there is no one at the counter, a long line, and only working mobile and drive thru orders. Today I waited 10 minutes before I left with a line of people still waiting.
