They would not replace the cookie cake we purchased that was melted to the board and could not be eaten. Even though we have the cookie as proof that it was not edible.We were told to purchase another one with a fifteen percent discount.

All the cookies fell on the floor because the box they used gave a way and they wouldn’t replace my 13 cookies I bought or refund me. The girl actually gave me a new box to pick up the cookies off the floor to take home.

Order a Bigfoot cake for my husbands birthday and did an awesome job. Highly recommend this business. Very professional and the people were amazing to work with. Don’t ever make an order at this place! After picking up “my cake” I took it home just to realize it was wrong. I called the store and they told me to come back because the one I ordered was waiting on me. I drive all the way to the store, for them to tell me they need the cake they gave me back in order to give me mine. How nasty!!! I hope whoever’s cake it was got a new one! Let’s just say I won’t be using them for anything else if this is how they continue to operate!!!

I have always loved these cookies. However, since we walk the Foothills Mall Maryville TN, I've noticed a young girl staff member with her hair in a pony tail. She leans entirely over the top iof what she is decorating. Her pony tail just bouncing all around her neck and shoulders then hanging over the top of the cookie. I will not buy cookies there anymore. Too bad

We ordered a Christmas Moose cake for Christmas dinner. Picked it up ChristmasEve. When we tried to have it for desert it was so dry and hard we couldn’t eat it. We ended up throwing it away!! So disappointed!!

Great American Cookie Company in Foothills Mall is doing amazing work. The atmosphere behind the counter is infectious with joy. The staff is polite, helpful and eager to make your experience enjoyable. To top it off, the cookies are delicious and their designs are jaw-dropping. My wife and I recently purchased a cake and gave the team at Great American Cookie Company creative leeway to celebrate a pregnancy. The cookie cake was amazing. The design left everyone raving and the taste made sure there were no left-overs. This business is well run. They provide an inviting and inclusive environment for both customers and staff. Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone.
