I want to warn others of the horrors here. First and foremost, they can’t seem to get orders correct. Every time I’ve come here, something is missing from my order or just completely wrong. Customer service is laughable at best; constant passive aggressive comments, calling customers “boss,” and getting upset with the customer when concerns are brought up. (Please just scroll thru Google reviews and you will see these truths come to life in the “owner’s” comments.) Finally, and most importantly, the food may not be fully cooked. Last pizza I ordered was entirely dough in the middle. For $33 per pizza, disappointed is the least I can say. If you’re debating whether or not you should eat here, here’s your sign: DON’T. Save your money, your health, and your peace of mind.

As a new York pizza man....this actually the best around in my opinion. Bar none. Calamari Sicilian pizza and grandma. Margherita. Come on it screams NY and it's what it should be.

The pizza is normally always spot on, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. We got 2 large pies to go and when we got home the pies had barely any sauce on them. I took both pies back and told them there was no sauce. The manager looked at it and shrugged his shoulders and the girl started making 2 more. We took them back home and still barely any sauce. Even though the manager said they added extra sauce. Pictures of my first pizza and "remade" pizza. Not pleased this time around.

Our first visit to Jaboni’s Maryville pizza and both food and service were outstanding! The restaurant was crowded on Saturday, and easy to see why. We had Grandma’s pan pizza with 5 toppings - be sure to include extra cheese- and it may have be the best pizza in Knoxville. From the next table, the calamari looked good and we will be back to try it. Great job GM Matt Chapman and team !

Excellent pasta! I like that you can choose what kind of pasta you want penne or spaghetti and basically build your bowl from there. We actually went with lasagna and ravioli for a change. Lasagna is italian sausage not beef. Their pizza looks amazing but we are pasta lovers. Booths are comfy retro. Service is always excellent because the staff are very attentive from the second you walk in.
I stopped by for a quick, plain slice and it did not disappoint. To me, it provided the quintessential essence of a NY slice, proper amount of sauce and cheese and the crust was perfectly toasted.
We normally go to the Kingston Pike Jaboni's but due to the weather we decided to get take out from our local Maryville one. Man was that the most expensive mistake we have ever made. $80 for 3 items. The food was nothing like the other restaurant. Pizza was thin and hard, unflavorful and cold. The timmy sticks tasted like the dough was freezer burnt and no flavor at all. I ordered the alfredo with shrimp and mushrooms. The sauce tasted watered down. The shrimp had tails left on them and just gross. Very disappointed. We will only eat at the other location from now on.

We have been avid customers of jabonis for years. Any time we are in the area we make a pit stop here. You cannot beat their grandmas pie and truffle fries! Some of the best pizza we have had in the Knoxville area. Also, they have this chocolate cookie dough cake that is to die for. Would highly recommend jabonis!
