So disappointing that the chicken tasted like it had know seasoning on it at all.The personal we’re extremely helpful but the chicken had no taste whatsoever.

We ordered a 8 piece family meal plus 2 extra chicken legs. Got it home and there was only 5 pieces of chicken in the bucket and our sides was for an individual Not a family. Took it back with the receipt and the mod tried to tell us that kfc has done away with the 8 piece family meal that it is now a 5 piece and all family meals now come with the sides that little and that if we wanted a bigger side size we had to pay almost $3 more per side. That a 5 piece bucket with 4 individual size sides and 2 extra legs was $32 and some change. When asked about a refund She didn't want to do a refund but ended up refunding us after sending the food back to the food area...that upon itself shocked me bc that was a big health issue.

To KFC,You were Rude to my 80 year old Mother and you over-charge.$42.00 for a 12 piece meal + 3 sides and 6 biscuits? I looked on-line and nationally it's $29.99. My 80 year old mother was charged $42.00 and they forgot to put the biscuits in the order, she went back the next day to ask them for them and They Hassled her. 80 year old ladies don't Lie. The Staff was Rude and I guarantee my mother and I, our family and friends will Never go to KFC again.P.S.$42.00 for 12 pieces???? Should have gone to Wal-Mart, We could have bought 5-6 baked whole chickens for that price.

Never have I ever been to KFC and had soggy chicken except today. We live 7 minutes away, the chicken skin was basically falling off and we ordered extra crispy. It’s probably been sitting around for hours. I’m afraid someone returned their order and we got theirs bc never have I seen chicken go soggy that fast.

Had a spicy chicken sandwich from here yesterday and got so incredibly and violently ill afterwards it was unreal. I only ate half of it because I noticed something was amiss, but didn't think much of it until a couple hours later.1/10 would not go back. Paid $10 for multiple hours of pain and discomfort.
Went in after work for a $20.00 fill up box. Thought the quantity of food for the price was a good deal. Went in and the girl at the register was nice and took the order. After a short wait I got my food. Nobody was there but me and another guy. Not busy at all. When I got home as you can see by the pictures I have no sauces whatsoever. There's a spot on the box for four sauces and the receipt lists the four sauces. This ruined the meal for my kids that like sauces with their nuggets and fries. Very irritating that you can't do your job and put the sauce in there. The nuggets were good but needed sauce. The chicken was over cooked and tuff. The fries were good but I like to dunk them in KFC sauce. The biscuits were fluffy and light. The absolute best part of the meal was the coleslaw. I would have been very satisfied with this meal had I not had to listen to my kids complain about no sauce. I love a good deal and definitely would have had a better experience if people cared enough to just do the bare minimum and put the sauce in the box. Lee's may cost more but it's always good and done right. I'll always pay more for better service and food.

Spicy wraps are back! Love them but they didn't add pickles which was a little sad. Overall good quality. Ordered through app and was ready right on time.

This bucket of chicken was without a doubt the worst chicken I've ever eatn it was like trying to chew up a mouthful of rubber bands and when I called them and complained about it the assistant manager said( ok ) I can promise the kfc by foothills mall has cn the last of me. The only reason I gave it 1 star is simply because there was nothing less
