Today marks the third time in a row I have pulled up to KupKatie's Kupkakes during their posted open hours, and found them closed. I wouldn't count on them ever being open if you really want a cupcake.

I placed a special order for gluten free cupcakes for a family celebration. They were fantastic and icings were so tasty! My order was ready, on time and they even double checked it a couple times since the part of the flavor combinations were a bit odd (lemon and chocolate).I would definitely recommend!

I put in a custom order for my friends baby shower. I ordered 24 cupcakes and 20 cookies, which cost $104 plus tax and with a 15% tip came to $131.26. I was told my order would be ready by noon. When I got there I ended up having to wait 30 minutes, bc they were “finishing up my order”. The baker apologized for my wait, which I appreciate. I ordered half chocolate and half vanilla cupcakes. The vanilla ones were good but the chocolate ones were so dry and not appetizing. The design of the cakes were great and I feel she really did listen to what I wanted creatively. I have no complaints about the cookies. This was my first time trying this place and I always want to support local businesses, however I will not be back. I feel like I did not get my moneys worth.

Omg my 1st time stopping by here yesterday and the reviews did not disappoint!!! I got half a dozen of different cupcakes and a fudge double chocolate brownie hit the spot! Now I'm patiently waiting for them to open @ 11 so I can go get my fix again! This definitely made a pregnant woman happy!!!!

I am so pleased with this business! Never been here before now, but my daughter needed a cake last minute and KupKatie's KupKakes came through for her. She needed a Taylor Swift themed cake from one of Taylor's videos, a challenging cake and Katie didn't hesitate! Not only did the design come out perfectly, but I was completely blown away when I tasted her cake! Honestly it was the best overall flavor I've ever tasted in a cake. And that strawberry filling in the middle...i couldn't get enough of it! I will definitely use KupKatie's KupKakes from now on. And highly recommend them! Thank you so much for taking us on last minute! Sooo good!!! My daughter was sooo happy, and so am I!

Ordered a few dozen cupcakes for a baby shower, including some gluten free cupcakes. All of them turned out amazing! They were beautiful and delicious. Left the variety pack up to bakers choice and she selected a wonderful variety of cupcakes for the party.

Cupcakes are not good! Save your $3.00 for a cupcake and go to Walmart. I make better ones with a box mix at home. The girl working couldn't even put their label on the container straight!

Cute shop and lovely display with plenty of variety. The cupcakes were all very pretty. I got one in Red Velvet and one Buckeye.The Red Velvet was unexceptional (somewhat dry and not very flavorful). The icing tasted like an oversweet grocery store white icing - not like cream cheese or even buttercream.The buckeye (chocolate with peanut butter filling) was slightly better, though dry; both the cake and the icing tasted much more like cocoa than a true rich chocolate devils food type. The peanut butter filling was pretty good. I really wanted to like it but it was just not that great.

I've so far only been here once but I'd like to try them again on a normal day (we went on a busy holiday) and earlier in the day for potentially a fresher experience. We got 3 cupcakes and all were pretty dry and the icing just fell off of them. But they were pretty! And we also got a dozen dark chocolate covered strawberries and those were good! One of the cupcakes had a white chocolate covered strawberry on top and that was my favorite.Next time, we'll try more cupcakes earlier in the day and get some white choc strawberries and compare the experiences.Our cashier was really friendly, and the decor was fun and colorful.

We drove by there last week and inquired about making some hot cocoa bombs for a gender reveal. We had set up a phone consultation for the following Saturday and unfortunately life happened and we forgot about it. I called them yesterday in a panic because the gender reveal was set up for tonight. They got the job done and they turned out great. Everyone here loved them. The thing I appreciated the most was the fact that when I called them today to say I'm on my way and I'll be there just before close, the gentleman on the phone said "do you know the gender already", to which I replied yes then he got a little excited and told me about the insides of the cocoa bombs. Great company, great product, will have more babies and use them again.

I had an 8” round birthday cake for my husbands birthday. It was absolutely delicious. Almond with almond buttercream frosting. I wish I had a picture it was beautiful. Thank you for baking this fantastic cake!!!

Katie is an amazing cake designer. she made my daughter's birthday a dream with the perfect cake. Everyone was envious of her cake and asked where I got it made. Now, Katie makes all my families cakes during any event. I had her also do my birthday cake, which I wanted a Halloween themed cake. We had no idea what we were putting together, but she pulled it off tremendously.
