Ordered a 40 peice spicy nuggets and got a 20 peice that was cold and dry. Ordered 2 plain burgers and they gave me burgers with everything on it. Asked for honey mustard and got hot mustar.No straws. Worst McDonalds ever.

Went thru the drive thru around 215 took forever to get to the order screen and then sit there so long before anyone took the order the app code was no longer valid. When we got to the windows neither female worker had a smile and was very short with their attitudes. I get your busy or short handed but there's ways to handle that

Stopped by just before midnight after getting off work. Order two meals, one drink was sweet tea and when I got home it turned out to be plain coffee in ice. I called the store and someone answered and hung up.

RUDE STAFF!!!! Ignored everyone at the counter waiting in line. Walking past guest in line not helping at all!! Then held the door for an employee and he didn’t even say thank you!! Absolutely rude and not helpful at all!

Had to pull up and wait for order. Order was wrong and slopily assembled. Went back for correction and my sandwich was redone poorly. This is my third disappointment here. I will drive to the next one in the future.So a few years have gone by and we stopped to give this McDonalds another try. The bathrooms were so dirty, we left without ordering food.

Very slow service. Food was good but going through the drive through literally took 40 mins. Then I had to pull into a spot and wait 5 more minutes. I wouldn’t have usually waited but today I didn’t have any plans. The workers were nice but that was a long process.. ?

I always use drive thru usually and its functional.Went inside for once and it was pretty normal. The workers were nicer than usual for fast food experience so they did great. The bathroom was funky and the lobby is pretty wasted. Obv corporate put in kiosks so use just the app so you can save orders and stuff and get the benefits.Parking: Big parking lot all around the building on each side.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open doors, no steps to get inside.
