We've been coming to Pancho's for a while now and I have to say the Birria Tacos are absolutely amazing! In fact, everything I've ordered has been great! And the personal kindness from Pancho himself always makes you feel like a part of the family.Quick note to folks that are ordering through a delivery service or doing takeout, it's Mexican food. There are sauces and cheeses involved so please be specific when you order and tell the staff to separate anything "wet" that goes with your order so it won't be soggy when it gets to your house. I'm sure the staff will be accommodating to your request and a less than satisfactory review can be avoided.

The salsa was very flavorful and the chips were fresh and crispy. The food was delicious. I had the taco chicken fajitas salad and my wife had the Al pastor burrito. The food was cooked fresh and to perfection.. the service was excellent. The prices were great.

I came late to a party. Staff saw me come in, but no one addressed me for about 10 minutes. We had to ask for someone to come take my order.
Ordered enchilada carnitas and they gave me chopped up sliced ham inside of my enchiladas. Carnitas is supposed to be shredded pork. I don't know if this is normal or just a cheap way to say carnitas. I will never order this again.

Ordered food to go. Got home 10 minutes later. 2 Burritos were so saturated in sauce that it was a soggy mess. Nachos were soggy from soaking in a cup or so of queso, sourcream, and guac.Luckily had extra tortillas and chips at home and salvaged most of the filling and nacho toppings.If you are getting food to go, make sure to request things separated unless you like soggy chips and tortillas
