I love 7 miles away and they won’t deliver. Had to use grub hub to get a pie and it was ice cold by the time it got to me.

We recommend delivery, because with carryout you'll have to deal with a tight parking area. Service has always been good though!

Don't bother with ordering from this place. Food was pretty awful.Food was ready for pickup when I arrived. That was the only positive.Philly cheese steak pizza had no meat on the first slice, one small piece on the second...there were a total of 8 dime sized pieces of meat on the entire pizza!Ultimate pepperoni pizza had plenty of pepperoni but lumps of cheese not even melted.Oreo bites are totally inedible.Had to park at the restaurant next door and walk over. Will never go back.

I saw advertised on T.V. the New York Style Pizza at Papa John's. I have been to New York and had their pizza and Papa John's is no where near there taste. Papa John's slogan is "Better Ingredients. Better Pizza". That is not true. When I got there I asked the guy is it a true New York style pizza and he told me all they do is take a large dough and make it into an extra large pizza. That's how pizza places usually make their thin pizza crust is to take pizza dough and make it one size bigger to get a thin pizza. He then told me it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. About 15 minutes later I saw a guy put a pizza underneath the warming rack and didn't think nothing about it. Then about 10 minutes later a girl comes out of the office and grabs that pizza ask me my name and then hands it to me. Why didn't the guy who got the pizza out of the oven ask me if I was waiting on a pizza? If you want a good New York style pizza try Metro Pizza in Alcoa, TN.

Idk why I even try anymore. I can never get them to deliver it 100% right with all the sauces I pay for. Then try and call up there and get put on hold for 10 min.

Pizza is consistently good! My only complaint is the parking lot?it's a bit tight to get in and out..especially when it's busy..which is most of the time!

It was a little hard to find using Google maps. It told us it was on the right and it was on the left. If the front sign was lit up, we might have found it faster.
