We went late close to closing as this is one of my little girls favorite treat spots in town. The lady working was amazing, kind and patient while I decided what I wanted. This used to be our go to place for snowballs. But since they have reopened for the season quality has went downhill. Flavor taste watered down now & the ice in the bottom is still white from not enough flavor being added.

We went there at 8:30 and got 2 avalanches and a regular. They didn't pack the ice at all for all of them. I didn't even get back to the car to get a bite before I realized the ice had melted a tad and like a quarter was missing. I absolutely love this place and I will be coming back but tonight was just a bit disappointing.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one over Snobiz! The reason we choose pelican's is cause we only get a Pacific flavor that no one else offers & that's a BIG DEAL for me & my husband!Wedding cake is EXTREMELY HARD to find but not anymore finally found my long lost FAVORITE flavor of all TIME And prices are awesome & the amount you get for the price is beyond better then any other ones ?Parking: Extremely small parking lotKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid optionsWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs

Love this place since the fam found it! Would recommend to anyone. There is outside seating in the back with a covered sand pit for the kids. It’s pet friendly, there is a dog bowl for water and a place to wash your hands outside. Note: There are new School/Fall hours in my pics. Enjoy!

The location was very quiet, it's hours are clearly posted. I kinda wish they'd have a picnic table or tables to sit and eat it. It would also encourage people to know yes it is open and draw more people.The staff were wonderful. Very patient with us since it was our first visit. So many flavors, options and add ons. You probably could go here for a year and still not try all combinations. They have dye free, vegan and dairy options. Fits most dietary restrictions. The snoball was a fluffy texture and delicious.. it is far from sno cone consistency. The stuffed version was delicious. The other varieties were equally good. There are many sized options and it's reasonably priced for a family of three. We will definitely be back.
