My first time eating there from a review I read on yelp, saying the best chili. They would come in dead last when it comes to chili. I'd even pick Wendy chili over Pedro's chili. Definitely not worth the money.

First time visit. Pleasantly surprised. The large Petro with queso and jalapenos was very good. My son had the large Petro with pasta, chicken and queso. He liked it alot too. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Drive thru gets all the priority, like too many places today Fairly long wait to get food Ordered the double dog deal. Well..,,. It's not the deal they claim. I got 2 cheese dogs. They seemed a bit microwaved, but were good regardless As you can see the deal says it comes with Fritos chips. It doesn't Bait and switch? Regardless, feels like a ripoff when you don't get what is supposedly offered Unsweetened tea has a weird back flavor. Drinkable, but not appealing to me Chocolate chip cookie was good, but pricey for the size.

I ordered a kids nacho meal for my child with added chicken and extra queso. Upon arriving at home the meal barely had any chicken or cheese, only on the very top portion of the nachos. I even confirmed with the lady at the window about the addition to the nachos… It’s disappointing, however I’ll be opening up future orders while in the drive thru prior to leaving.

I have stopped in here twice within a months time, and both times left disappointed. The first time was a trip through the drive thru where I ordered a large Petro and the hot dog kids meal. We get home, and I realize that we received the Petro as ordered, but we were missing the drink, chips, and treat for the kids' meal. So basically, the kids' meal turned into a hot dog. The second time, I decided to go in and order even though I was taking it to go. Upon entering, there were two people finishing up their order, which went fairly quickly. After completing their order, the lady behind the counter, who just so happened to be the manager, looks at me and walks away: no verbal acknowledgment, no looking my way just walked off and started filling orders. Once she returned to take my order, her interaction was blunt and quick. There was no thank you or any response other than telling me my total and asking if I would like a receipt. This got me thinking, and I realized that her lack of interaction wasn't just with me, but with the customers before and after me. The next time I am craving a Petro, I will either make it myself or drive to Knoxville.
