(4-11-24)I ordered the garlic butter bacon burger and let me tell you, if you like garlic the burger is AMAZING. Our carhop I believe (Alisha) was super friendly as well!!4-12-24 my visit today was very unpleasant, I came yesterday food was amazing, however I go today ordered a garlic bacon burger, large Dr Pepper and a medium chocolate shake, I received a large Diet Coke, medium chocolate shake and a grilled cheese, I didn’t think to check my food since I had a large drink and the shake. we went back to get my food and drink remade, the lady at the window was quite rude, I work in fast so I know how it is, all I wanted was my burger and drink remade, she then asked to check our bag and check our burger, we showed her it was clearly a grilled cheese, she asked us to hand the bag back in( your not allowed to take food back through the window in a restaurant) we got my burger there was garlic on 25% of the burger, the patty was definitely old, this burger tasted awful. I’m super upset with this experience because my visit from yesterday was amazing.

Tried to order on the app, and it wouldn’t work on three different devices. Tried to order at the speaker four times and each time the order taker interrupted the question I was asking and hung up. Asked a delivery person for help after sitting at the speaker for about ten minutes with no answer, and they stated in a less than kind manner that we would have to wait a while for someone to take our order because they were busy. Finally got my order, that came with no sauces, no utensils, and no napkins. I can only assume by the attitudes of the employees that they are understaffed, unappreciated, and underpaid. Although the service was bad I still feel for these employees. Regardless, I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to anyone.

I ordered French toasts sticks, didn’t receive any syrup. I ordered 2 large burritos, didn’t receive any salsa. Even though I requested syrup and salsa. I ordered 2 large iced coffee with extra caramel and didn’t receive any coffees. This place is terrible.

We went to Sonic on Foot hills mall dr and ordered a couple drinks. One of them was the new “blackout slushy” that Sonic is promoting for the upcoming eclipse. Their add says that you will get a pair of solar glasses with purchase of the drink - guess what - they don’t have the glasses or the special cup that the drink comes in. That alone wouldn’t be that big a deal by itself but Lamar Alexander has the cups and glasses (keep in mind the promo came out today) and 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong somehow. I finally had to leave a bad review.
