This location is closest to my house by far, but it used to be on my blacklist. I would drive past it both ways to go to Foothills instead.Now that's changed in the past month or so, tried it again and don't regret it. The Daniel in drive thru is very professional and on top of it 100% clearly. Inside looks great and bathrooms were clean.The food hasn't been wrong once since I went back. The drive thru line gets long at times, but they are like a well oiled machine compared to the 411 Zaxby's or McDs lol!Vegetarian options: Lots of options and you can customize every single part of each item. Cheesy bean and rice burrito is vegetarian and great.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options and you can customize every single part of each item.Parking: Lots of parking, never seen it fill up before.Kid-friendliness: Tons of diff food for kids at a Taco Bell.Wheelchair accessibility: Zero steps at the entrances, wide doors and decent room in the lobby for wheelchairs.
One of the nicer, cleaner taco bells that I've visited. Very modern and updated atmosphere with quick service. Food order was correct and wasn't sloppy either like a lot of fast food places out here.

I stop to eat here pretty often and the food is always hot and fresh and both day and night shift employees are always so warm and friendly, I really appreciate that!

I guess I can say it's as to be expected now days. I have had several times that I didn't get my food as ordered. Honestly most every place now days has some sort of issue with service or staff or what ever. So it's expected. Over all I still go back time to time. I haven't got sick from the food so that's a plus.Parking: I notice staff after Every car rubs the Long handle dust pan out the drive threw window on the ground before you can pull to window. Every time I go this is taking place. So I asked abs was told the sensor is out or something along them lines. Idk anything about it. Just moral of the store is by now it should be fixed.Staff use to be a huge problem. I know of times I would go and they would be shut down. Due to no staff. Also Ice machine always breaks. Maintenance is neglected my guess.
Best thing at tacobell now is app ordering. Never really new how many options they offered. Customizing your order is a breeze and you get a better overall quality of food.Super easy to order, quick pickup, and order was exactly what I HIGHLY customized it to be.

Came through drive-through on Friday night and just wondering what is this? There’s hardly any meat at all or anything else… not to mention when our drinks where handed to us mine was a Baha Blast instead of regular Mountain Dew, then upon checking the bag we realized we only had one bag of chips instead of the two that we ordered so I went in and one of the employees started getting me the second bag and the girl with the short hair at the window tried calling me a liar… I spent $30 on this order if I wanted more chips that I wanted, I would’ve paid for it, I wanted what I paid for… couldn’t even get a drink right so why was she even surprised that wasn’t the only thing they messed up? I’ll be driving further out from my home to go to a different Taco Bell from now on
