Pretty good experience recently, employees were kind, helpful and super fast at everything needed that day I visited. Inside was very clean and neat! Bathrooms are clean and neat as well! Food was ok for me at least, the curly fries weren't exactly hot but barely warm I'd say. But nothing a microwave couldn't fix ? my kids were absolutely pleased with everything ordered, they love the regular roast beef and cheddar sandwiches! Normally the McMinnville TN Arby’s is good. I did the drive thru and ordered a bacon, beef and cheddar sandwich. When I got home I had to open my sandwich to put BBQ sauce on it because you were out of Arby’s sauce (which I understand and is no problem). The problem I have is the way the sandwich was prepped. Everything was wadded up on one side. The beef and bacon was piled up on one side and only half of the bun had cheese sauce. So I wonder if the prep person would make...read full review

I just left the Arbys in Mcminnville, Tn and had a great experience. There was a young man there at the cash register and I think his name was Aiden maybe? Anyways he was so very friendly and professional. Had a great attitude and I appreciated it. Love Arbys and this location always has such nice people that work here. Great job!
