I had the special brisket burnt ends with fried okra and beans. The fried okra was the star here, very flavorful. Brisket ends and beans were fine, nothing special. I would like to come back and try more.

Just a very nice restaurant in a restored and updated old town area. The food was good and reasonably priced and the atmosphere was kind of retro look. The service was great and very attentive. Worth a visit.

So BBQ nachos should be its own food group in my book. I love them. Bad BBQ nachos are good. That said you should try Collins River BBQ's. They use the thin chips, and have white queso. Um, Yum. They also have those oh so glorious jalapenos on top. Yes sir! They got a loaded option if you want that but, I like the regular one.Now the menu is huge, and you'll probably not have the same strange desire for BBQ nachos that I have, so just use my experience with these nachos, and extrapolate that to the rest of their menu.Oh, and last time I was there, I had this chocolate cake, don't remember what it was called, but it nearly put me in a food coma, so that could be bad or good depending on your perspective. LOL.They are friendly and the place has a cool vibe to it too. So...yeah just go eat here.

My 1st time here. I will be back! Just be hungry when you get here. Very good food and for the food you get very good prices. A full rack of ribs will make me 3 meals.

Add a really good experience at this place. I just haven't been in the area. And I was hoping to get some local barbecue and this place didn't disappoint. This place has a lot of character and you can kill a lot of time just by looking at everything. The menu from what I was hearing is new and there were a lot of things that I wanted to try. Service was hospitable and everyone was very friendly. They even have a lot of local businesses advertised right there on the table so you can tell the definition support small business. Really reasonably priced and everything came out in a timely fashion. I'm glad I was able to try out this place if you ever find yourself in town, definitely check it out

Decent service, did have to wait a little long to order. The place was practically empty at the time. Had the Trio sample for main course, loaded nachos for appetizer. Loaded nachos were fantastic! The Trio had ribs, pulled pork and brisket with TN baked beans, fries and cornbread. The ribs had smoked flavor and was juicer than the pulled pork and ribs. Pulled pork had a mild moist, smoke flavor but the brisket was missing both. Forgive my honesty but a brisket should be tender, tasty and moist. It should be easily pulled apart and have a light pink color to it. None of that describes what was presented to us. Cornbread, fries and red bbq sauces were great, the TN baked beans were also decent but not a fan of the white BBQ sauce.

All around great place to dine. Always has been consistently great. They switched up their cheese curds and that’s why I can’t do 5 stars. The new cheese curds are not as good. My favorite pull pork in Warren County. They love military so I love them.

WeGo to Collins River BBQ & Cafehttps://youtu.be/v_DiEFniQBAParking: We were lucky and parked directly in front of the door.Kid-friendliness: Even though they apparently sell beer, it seemed family friendly and was an enjoyable atmosphere.

Last two visits my baked beans were cold and straight from the can. First time I figured we got there right when they opened so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but yesterdays visit was the same. One person in our party ordered the prime rib sandwich that was the special and it was terrible. The brisket on my last visit was the same, tough, dry and not edible. Very disappointing as this place comes highly recommended by the locals. Space is clean and inviting, but the food ordered was way off. Luckily I ordered the smoked burger and it was delicious yesterday. We will probably not be back. The owner I assume tried to make it right and was very apologetic, but too little too late.
