I went through the drive thru yesterday, the food was absolutely amazing and the service was even better. The girl at the drive-thru got my food to me very fast and she was so kind and polite. The breadsticks were fantastic and I will definitely be back!
1st time eating Fazoli's, the food was great! The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. But, maybe she was having an off kind of day. All in all, I will give it another try :)

The food was good for fast food , the service was very good . The place relaxed, and the staff even came out to ask if anything was needed more than once (very shocked with fast food ) everything was clean and well stocked.
