They closed for scheduled maintenance at 8:00 pm Thursday night with a very long line in drive thru and none of us knew anything till we drove past the sign on the speaker.

Employees are too busy sitting in their chairs and playing on their phones. They are too busy to wait on customers. Quarter Pounder was raw. See the picture. Nuggets were fresh... absolutely unheard of at this location. It is a shame that some employees are trying to do their job correctly while many are just taking up space.{Sarchastically} Yep. $15 an hour gets such high quality workers.

When you get a regular burger, they don't even melt the cheese.It was a good reminder as to why I don't go to McDonald's unless I'm getting a sugar free coffee or something (which isn't usually good but sometimes it's great)

Don't say you're open 24 hours when you're not. The lobby is supposed to close at 10 but drive through stat open. We got there at 11 and they were closed... comes blocking both drive throughs. You need to change your hours in Google!
