Literally had the best time of my life there last night! Grayson was the most attentive bartender I have experienced in Memphis! If you go for the drinks I suggest the cucumber jalapeño tequila! The pizza was superb and the whole place is just a vibe!

I don't even know how to review this place. The pizza is awesome but they don't answer the phone and I was just told it would be an hour and a half wait for a take out pizza. I don't understand how that's a serious amount of time for a pizza.

First time visit; restaurant was clean. We ordered white shrimp/basil pizza and meatball/ricotta (both are signature pizzas here)along with garlic knots for appetizers. Knots were underdone and hard. pizza was passable but bottom was burned. Please be aware they automatically put 20%+ tip on your bill; you have no choice. Waitstaff was friendly, don't think we will be back.

I ordered the White Pizza( added spinach, caramelized onion and shrimp), Mr.T-Rex and half pepperoni/ half cheese. My total was $70 with 7% gratuity. I'm sharing the photo of the best pizza due to the other's being overcooked. I understand the result of pizza being cooked in a wood burning stove, but sadly not my 8- year old /family. I believe what's not great for me could be a great experience for other's.

Great food, however it was over an hour and a half from ordering our pizza to receiving our pizza. The dining room wasn’t full when we arrived, yet the experience was completely destroyed by the obnoxiously long wait. I have never been to a restaurant that doesn’t give a forewarning or disclosure that it will take 90+ minutes to prepare your food.

I want to preface this review by saying the food is great. The only thing that knocks my rating down is the customer service. I am very patient and I acknowledge that there are busy times in the day. It is completely unnecessary, however, to be short with a customer because you can't find their order. As I tried to say what I ordered, I was rudely cut off by the bartender and told I needed to give more details. Which is what I was trying to do - give more details. I don't find it difficult to be polite and patient.

Had a great time! Visiting from out of state with 4 kids. Didn't take long for us to get a spot and were completely blown away when our awesome server Nick (hope you get a lot of credit for this. You deserve it!) and his coworkers started to bring out small batches of dough for the kids to play with! Wonderful customer service touch. We also take pride in being self diagnosed pizza snobs...we loved the pepperoni quality, crispy crust, and fresh basil. Sadly we messed up not taking pictures. You can blame the kids.We will be back anytime we visit Memphis, Midtown. It's nice to feel at home, away from home.Kid-friendliness: They give kids dough to play with at the table. Neat touch.

Aldo's has some of the best pizza in Memphis. Hands down. Very few rivals exist in the Memphis area for great pizza, upbeat positive customer care, and a super chill vibe. This place even has a sweet rooftop bar over looking beautiful crime free Midtown Memphis. I have enjoyed every whole pizza I've had here. I have had it catered at the office a bunch. I wish that I could come here more often and actually dine in, but my wife slings pizzas (kinda) for a living, and it's just not even able to be on my radar. She just doesn't dig pizza like I do any longer. I would come here at lunch but I am fucking anti social at work and can't even touch a whole pizza by myself. The slices are out for me as it was the only time I had bad pizza was "by the slice" at lunch 2076 days ago. Maybe I should try again. '24 - 15/100

We live in north MS and had been wanting some great pizza so headed to Memphis. Very knowledgeable and friendly server and good service. Pizzas delicious as always. I love the white pizza, husband got bbq with coleslaw on the side and daughter is a diehard pepperoni fan! Didn’t try garlic knots, but saw others eating them and they look amazing!! Love Aldo’s .Parking: I’m not familiar with this area of Memphis so unsure of street parking. Free parking lot located next to business is adequate, not huge.
