I went there 12/01/21 I loved the little place and its decorations. The waitress was nice. The food was tasteless, It had no flavor. It was our first time trying colombian food and was not impressed by it. Im sure colombian food is better tasting than what I had. Dont get me wrong i liked how everything looked just needs flavor.

My husband went on October 8 around 8pm. The waitress was very slow. My husband ordered a coffee and she never come back to ask him if he want a refill. It was very bad customer service. We waited about 30 minutes for our food came out and I was super disappointed. My meat was COMPLETELY RAW. (inserted a picture) I talked to the waitress and she told me she can’t do nothing about it because she didn’t cook that, what type of response is that? They end up charging us even though I didn’t eat my meal! They lucky that I was calm that day and pay for it…. This restaurant used to be my favorite place, not anymore.

Cold, bland, and tough. The food is not worth the money. I went by the restaurant today (8/14/21), and ordered fried plantains and Arepa Milanesa with chicken. Advised to pick up food in approximately 15 mins...picked up food in approx 20 mins... upon arriving home and opening the styrofoam container, learned that the food was cold, and five minutes did not make it that cold... I believe that it was food that may not have sold for lunch (or perhaps the prior day) because it was TOUGH! The chicken and plantains were tough... upon warming them, neither got softer, but the bread got softer and edible. The food was horribly BLAND... it gives Colombian food a bad image...I also believe that they did not see the need to give a pick up order fresh food... Will NEVER go here again!....

Bad experience. The worse bandeja paisa from the country. The beans were horrible. Just hot water (no taste, no salt, no cumin, no black pepper, nothing) just hot water. I believe those were old beans from previous days and just added hot water to serve one more plate. The "Colombian chorizo" is really a dry old conserved meat. This one was so fresh, so new, so soft, so puffy, so horrible. The arepa was dry and cold, like chalk. Good avocado. Well the cook did not plant it. Small clean restaurant. The only cashier-waitress-bossgirl was decent and hands-on.

This place is pretty interesting... super sketchy from the outside. The stores in that area looks run down. We had to park in the rear. As we entered, the staff was really nice and told us to sit wherever. I have never been to this place. So I it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. There were 2 other costumers in there and they recommended a few things on the menu. The special plates had so much meat and it was surprisingly okay food. I didn't know what to expect honestly. But the empanadas were mediocre. Everything was really chewy. So by h the e end of my meal my jaw was tired. I would recommend this place !

Got the fried plantains (the cheese looks like it's a dry cheese but omg it's so melty smooth and creamy!) and a chicken arepa. They gave us red and green sauce which in my experience at taco trucks and the like those are spicy hot sauces. These were not spicy at all. The red one tasted like fresh tomatoes and the green tasted like onion, cilantro, and green pepper. DELICIOUS! Customer service was top notch too :)

You can’t beat food that tastes like a home cooked meal. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and the price make this a gem of Hispanic Heritage. Exquisito- ¡gracias!
