We were told that we would have a 15 minute wait then the hostess proceeded to completely forget about us for 50 minutes. After we were finally seated out waitress didn’t come take even a drink order for 20 extra minutes and the food was okay. Not work it. Guessing they add a 20% gratuity to a part of 2 or more because the service is so bad they wouldn’t get a tip anyway

Went for brunch 45 minute wait, server felt overwhelmed and avoided our table bc she knew we had been waiting. Atlast 50 minutes for breakfast food, rude food runner, expensive parking $15, 20% gratuity added if more than 2 people. Waited soooooo long left hungry and was ready to eat again. Oh forgot to mention very loud!

Greeted when we came in. Nice quiet spot for brunch. Everything was clean. The bartender was very attentive and checked on us often. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Went for Martini Monday. Bait and switch, instead of red fish I was served talapia. Risotto was nice. Be careful if you order fish , you might be served a different type of fish. Martini was good and the servers were nice. Would go back and just not order the fish.

A great bar, quiet at this time of year, especially after the poor weather Memphis has had lately. But we got a great welcome. We only stayed for drinks, but had a great time. Unfortunately our visit was cut short by the fire alarm going off and the fire brigade turning up. It made an interesting end to the afternoon.

Absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service, we came in 30 minutes after they opened and were told that we had to wait 20 minutes for the kitchen to catch up. We ended up waiting an hour before getting food and four, FOUR tables were served before us. Our table was given our food at different times resulting in some people’s food being cold because of them just sitting there. When we had a problem with all this we asked for the manager and she had an attitude before we even spoke to her and then she griped at us and talked to us like we were in the wrong. The experience was absolutely terrible for us and we weren’t the only ones there was another table that was wronged too. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to come to this place.
May have been short staffed like most restaurants but the waitress did her very best while keeping a smile on her face.... the food was already cold when we got it, ordered red velvet pancakes but pretty much tasted like regular pancakes with food coloring added. We absolutely loved the mimosas, must be using the good champagne. Lastly, the floors between the kitchen and restrooms were wet and sticky, very hazardous to walk on. I did share that with someone who worked there.

Everything here was great. The food, atmosphere, and service was really good. Our waitress was very attentive. I felt bad for them because they were very short handed. She was the only waitress. They had one bartender. For the amount of workers they had they did great. They stayed calm even when some customers were rude. Because of the long wait to be seated.

The food tastes good but there were some things that could've made it better. The grits tasted amazing but they could've been cooked longer. I had the BBQ brisket Benedict and it was amazing! The mimosa tower was worth it.

Went for brunch. Their menu was small but OK. The coffee was instant, the cheese grits were odd, the waffle was dry and the portions small for the price, which was very high. Also 20% gratuity is included on parties of 2+.
