Best bbq and brisket I’ve ever had! The staff is amazing. The food cannot be beat. Quality meat cooked to perfection. Best nachos in Memphis!!! Also, you can’t beat the ribs. You must try the brisket. You can’t find good brisket in Memphis unless you try Bain. I recommend adding their house-made queso onto the brisket sandwich. 11/10
As a memphis native, i am hard to satisfy when it comes to BBQ. The meat here was delicious and tender. I was not the biggest fan of the sides, but the brisket, burnt ends, and ribs get and A+.

This is actually the best BBQ in Memphis. It may not have the history of other places but it doesn’t need too. Great setting, great service, great food.We love Bain so much my wife and I used them to cater our wedding rehearsal. Almost a year later people from all over the South still beg us to bring them Bain when we travel or ask where they can find that good BBQ.

We missed this stop on our Memphis BBQ trip so when the family vacation started in Memphis we had to hit it. This has to be the best BBQ in Memphis. The brisket, turkey and sausage were done perfectly. The ribs were only ok but with a little bit of sauce they were good. The sides were also very well done. I'd go back if in town for sure!

We accidentally stumbled upon this BBQ on our recent trip to Memphis. BEST ACCIDENT EVER!!! The food is delicious, I mean fall off the bone tender. We had the brisket and ribs, unfortunately nothing back home comes close to comparing with this. I highly recommend if you’re anywhere near Memphis YOU HAVE GOT TO STOP BY!!!!!!

I wanted to love this place so bad. That is why I gave the service and atmosphere 5 stars, but the food lacks salt and good favor. It most certainly gets the smoked favor but it's not good. This food looks too pretty to taste so meh. We didn't even finish anything because it was so bad. I can't eat something that tastes like someone just learning how to bbq or smoked food. They have so much potential. I just think that need to tweak some things. Probably switch to Polk sausage it's a local brand and damn good sausage. The casing on these sausages were tough and didn't taste good. It tasted like unseasoned fat. The pull pork need salt and other seasoning and favor. The brisket was okay but again lack salt and other seasonings and excitement. They baked beans needed salt and other seasonings and favor. It's chili based but still didn't like them. The Mac and cheese needed salt and other seasonings and favor. I felt like I was eating boxed Mac and cheese that's been left out. I've eaten bbq in Texas and this ain't it. I don't mind spending money on food if it's good. So please take pride in serving good quality food. After spending what I spent. I feel bamboozled. Y'all need to marinate the food or something because I want y'all to survive. Now the banana pudding was delicious. I'll give it 5 stars. It was very yummy. If y'all need some help on how to season and marinate some food, please hit me up.
This place is off the chain. We parked in the back, and first thing the cook at the pit was talking to us and showing us the cooker. Walked inside, and the ladies at the counter were nice and friendly. They offered some samples. The only problem with that is that you want it all. So we got the 3 meat trinity sampler. Brisket, 2 kinds of sausage, and ribs with Mac and Cheese and BBQ beans. We was about 2/3 done with the meal when I thought about it that I hadn't tried the BBQ sauce. The meat was so good it didn't need it. The brisket was just right. It didn't fall apart but was really tender. The ribs were also delicious. Just the right amount of tug of the bone. The 5 cheese mac and cheese was delicious as were the beans. If you don't stop here at some point when in Memphis you will be missing out.

I absolutely love this the BBQ but the sides need a little work. Potato salad could be more tender & flavorful, the mac & cheese has a good flavor but the texture of the sauce is a little pasty, im sure the whole city would love it if you added bbq baked beans to the menu and leave the slaw just they way it is.
