They consistently make the best teas that are never partially dissolved or weak flavored, or shakes that are icy. Super friendly staff too. Definitely my favorite tea/shake place in Memphis!

I love nutritional shakes and teas. Blues City Nutrition have a great selection of teas and shakes. I got the Beach Please and it was delicious!!! Who doesn't love the Beach?!?! I definitely recommend this yummy tea.

Yummy Yummy Yummy!!! Coffee flavored protein shake with 24g of protein. Great tasty treat while out and about to knock off the hunger and not feel guilty. Ima happy camper!
