This was my first time eating bojangles and we loved it. We got the 12 piece family meal and I am not a chicken fan. I actually prefer seafood, but this experience was literally the best. The chicken tenders were very juicy and had a kick to them. The baked macaroni and cheese was as good as my mom’s homemade macaroni and was eaten by me only. It’s definitely my favorite now. Lastly, the jalapeño ranch was the perfect taste to match with the tenders. My family will definitely be visiting more often. The appearance of the store was very welcoming and clean. You can tell the owner invests a lot of time and dedication to his store. From the great quality of the food to the outstanding customer service, I think this was money well spent! I guess it’s actually BoTime in Memphis!!!!!!!!!!!
Was there for a job interview with a company from out of town, it was just the nearest place to our mutual closest interstate exit. Food was pretty good, no complaints from me.

This is one of your goto fast food places.I've never really been a biscuit person. Southerners will tell you that's because there are huge differences in biscuits. After having bojangles I can see that. I hedgehog has really good home cooked biscuits but these are the best I've tasted and Ive had Mrs winners.They don't have bone in fried chicken, but there chicken sandwiches are in the category of chik filet, popeyes or zaxbys depending on your taste. ( I do rate them 3rd of those 3)For fast food now that the new has worn off, it's a fairly quick line in a time when you are told to sit so you don't count on a fast food places timer. That has happened there but far less than McDonald's and you get your food instead of being forgotten about.Their biscuits and gravy are great.They don't have a great selection of drinks though. I think it's only Pepsi, which I like but no diet coke that a lot of people drink.

"It's a great day at Bojangles! It will be a 25 to 30 minute wait to order." What a doozy of a drive-thru greeting. Is it really such a "great day" if you're turning away customers with no explanation? What could possibly be happening inside that would necessitate not serving anyone for half an hour? Are the higher-ups aware of this practice? The car directly in front of me in the drive thru got its order taken. What makes me any different? The things that pass for regular customer service experiences in Memphis would not fly anywhere else. We have to start expecting more out of these places, or they will continue to get worse.

I ordered a country ham combo and a chicken biscuit combo. I had to repeat the country ham order twice. When I got home I received two chicken biscuits. I live too far to go back.

I caught them right before closing time because my four piece chicken tenders tasted terrible. I gave them a second chance to get it right and it turns out to be better than the first one. It was hot, fresh, and the lady at night had apologized for the quality. I respect her for that. I was satisfied with my fries and chicken sandwich. It was juicy and delicious. Thank you !

I will probably never go back again. Not because the food isn't good but they only serve chicken sandwiches, nuggets and strips. No wings or any other parts which is why I stopped.
