I have to wait outside before entering into the dine in area to dine. They stated they are short of staff.Burger King opens at 7a:m, I made it there at 8a:m

Ordered 2 chicken croissants sandwiches, hash browns, french toast sticks and 2 orange juices. We were asked to pull forward. We waited as the chicken had to cook. Received order and proceeded to leave. We should have checked the bag. It was 2 chicken biscuits. So we had to turn around for them to cook us 2 chicken croissant. We had to wait again for the fresh to cook. We had made it to Kroger on Cleveland. Asked for a refund due to our time, gas and having to wait again. So very disappointed and displeased.

It took me 30 minutes to my food. I've never seen a more confused staff. While I was waiting, two people came in with orders that were incorrect. Never there again.
I have placed my order twice through doordash in the past 2 hrs. Spent $47 for food for me and my coworker. They give the food to the door dash driver the never showed and refunded my money and said reorder my food so her I am 30mins later waiting for my food then my new driver called and said they aren't going to remake my order that they sent out at this point I'm over it. Why tell me to reorder my order when you are not going to actually remake it

My granddaughter asked to stoo here, reluctantly I obliged. We waited in the drive thru to wait a little bit more than 13 minutes. I wouldn't have been upset if the wait didn't render COLD food....nuggets 4 out of 8 edible. I have yet to understand why people ask is there any thing else, you ask for condiments to not get any. And what ever happened to QUALITY customer service,,heck a simple May I help you?

The service was extraordinary. Post COVID service has plummeted drastically. Most establishments ignore your presence and the pleasantries. It was refreshing to be acknowledged, engage in light banter, and be thanked for your patronage. Kudos to the team that was there.

I was picking up a Door Dash order. The person at the front counter was weird! The establishment could definitely use a thorough cleaning and employees could definitely be more customer service oriented/ professional.

BK is another fast internationally running fast food chain, and this is just another location. I used to be a big fan of BK during my grad school days- however, I must admit that their standard has fallen down a lot in the last few years. Even they get less traffic too these days. I visited this location yesterday for dinner while it was fully empty! I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich which was fine. The crispy chicken patty was hot and crisp. The buns were fine, and it was given some lettuce and two tomato slices with some mayo and sauce- however, I didn’t realise any ‘spicy’ part of it though. Overall it was decent. The service was quick and fine.
