Some of the workers were very rude when you try to explain about your order..they never put everything on your burger they always leaving something off and never give you your whole order..or they are out of everything..I'm about to start getting my food from a different Burger King..

On this night ? service was great ?. The food was HOT ? which is definitely a ? plus for me and my family. But you are in Whitehaven traffic in this spot on this corner is crazy. The potential for car accidents is very high in this area, especially during rush hour. Drive carefully and stay safe ? Whitehaven community ? ❤️

So I came thru the drive thru I spent 39.10 to be specific as I received my drinks I noticed how big they are so I asked the young lady was that the regular size drinks mind you they was medium cup an its for my kids who not going to drink them the lady said what you want a small I said no I just want what comes with the combo so she slammed the window an I hit my horn because if it's a problem with me asking bout my money then ion want it the manager I guess came to window an said it automatically rings up med I will be calling corporate glad I had the extra money lol they so ghetto I'll never come back then they got my order wrong

I'm in the area quite often and love to see new businesses open up. I want to support this new store and have been to the location twice. Both times there were more workers than customers. The place was brand new on my first visit and the staff literally sat there doing nothing after I ordered. Finally, after 10 minutes they started to work on my order. I got my order almost 20 minutes after I placed it (remember there was no one in front of me). No condiments, no napkins, no "thank you" or "thanks for coming in". I left and my hamburger was literally thrown together and cold and my fries were hot but not cooked through and super greasy. Literally took 2 bites and threw it away. I'm a fat guy and will eat almost anything. It was inedible.I wanted to support the business and figured it was new so I tried it again. I went through the drive through. No greeting, so I finally just pulled around. The gal at the window was annoyed, but eventually took my order. Once again hamburger looked thrown together but this time it was also old and cold. The fries were very old, cold and greasy. I couldn't eat the fries but did actually eat 1/2 the burger before I decided to just cross the street and get food at McDonalds. The store is new and nice and I love Burger King, but this place is AWFUL!!! I feel bad for the new owners and boy does this place destroy the brand.
