Fresh hot food and ALOT of respectful and honest employees not like Jackson Burger King food was cold and got ripped off by employee for money about $ 7.00. Manager's were very rude too! Said they looked at cameras and counted her drawer and no overage well I wonder why ??? Duh figure it out theft.

Terrible staff members. Use derogatory and profane language on the regular and in the presence of customers. Today I visited (9/13/23) and was asked by associate if I was paying with cash for my order. I said no. Had I been, the female associate said that she would've cut me a deal??♀️(??) SMH...Then on a previous visit, I was told to wait behind the yellow pole at the drive-thru. When I asked why, the rude biracial woman told me that "I'm on their timer." (??) I told her that it didn't matter anyway 'cos I still had to wait longer no matter what since they are severely short staffed and that it ultimately didn't make any sense. She said in response, "All you need to know is that you are on our timer." And closed the window. Whatever.Anyway, they have too many vagrants hanging around and are located right across from the BP that sits at the corner of Poplar and Cleveland and they walk back and forth between each business creating a very unsettling and uncomfortable experience. In addition, their soda station is out of order because either the owner won't fix it or people were stealing drinks on a regular basis. IDK but sad.
Not the best atmosphere but great service and great value.

The woman at the drive thu cash register was really rude (may 17, 2023 @5:00), the fryer is broken, got my order wrong (probably on purpose), the burger had more mayo than meat and looked like it was put together by a toddler that has barely gained sentience. As a matter of fact, a toddler could put a burger together better than the atrocity that i recieved but i was hungry so i ate it. I strongly suggest corporate takes a look at this location because im willing to bet that the fryers havent been properly cleaned for weeks. Please let this review be seen so more hungry people dont have to experience this down the line. As i said i was hungry and ate the burger before deciding to make this post so i dont have the photo of the mayo burger.
