My wings were terrible! The service was great. The surroundings were kind of crowded, but the food was horrible! Absolutely horrible if I wanted to eat bones or food as hard as bones, I would buy dog treats.

Ya know this area in general is known for really bad fast food service, and most sit down places suck also.I do not go here often but I will say when I do the wait isn't too bad and my food is accurate. The staff definitely has barely any social etiquette but I'm not saying they are jerks either. More like you can tell they don't wanna be there and I'm gonna keep it real I can't blame them, a little customer service and pride in any job is a good thing and would help both the business and the employees as individuals both at Checkers and in their future ventures they take on.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, as many restaurants as they're on the street! When I visited this checkers my food was fresh, delicious, and it didn't take long for me to get it at all. As for the guy down below complaining about fast food workers wanting to make $15 an hour or more, they deserve it-FULL STOP! I don't work in fast food, but I know that fast food workers are some of the hardest working people in this country! Regardless of how you feel about what they should be paid, it was your decision to visit the restaurant! Maybe you shouldn't talk bad about the people who prepare your food, when you could go home and fix your own food, right? There, at your home, when something doesn't turn out right do you complain to yourself in the mirror, or do you fix it? Yeah, that's what I thought! Maybe a few people had a bad experience, but that isn't everyone's experience! Bringing up how much a person is paid when everything in this economy has become more expensive it's kind of giving "I'm a privileged AH..."! You didn't make my burger right, so you don't deserve to have a living wage, absolutely disgusting on their behalf! Visit this Checkers, get good food fast, and if there's anything wrong, ask that it be corrected respectfully! It's not that hard, actually it's basic human decency! But then again I forget about where we are, and you can't expect too much from Memphis people!

Haven't eaten here in years but had some friends who wanted to try it. Everytime I mentioned an item she would say is that all. It became very annoying after giving 5 people's order. The wait was over 20 minutes and I couldn't leave due to car behind me. Food was cold and not very good. Tasteless to be exact. Very rude at window.

Let me tell y'all about how I went to this location yesterday. The last took my order at the window. I asked for a large lemonade, she said let me make sure it's not flat ......I should have pulled off right then. But I didn't I was hungry, get my food pull off. I'm in traffic I opened my bag and all I could smell was a stinch of burnt. I on 385 I dig in my bag to get a fry and guess what the damn fries are burnt. So I said let me check my chicken tenders and guess what them mfks was burnt also. This is the 2nd time I have bad a bad experience with this location. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! AND I TOOK PICS OF THE BURNT FOOD.

Worst service ever from Ms temika, I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and one regular one with no pickles.She even asked me twice if I wanted no pickles I said yes. I pull up to the window to pay I get my food I see missing regular sandwich.This lady has the audacity to tell me that just because she didn’t charge me for it and it was her mistake because she didn’t put it in I couldn’t get it or pay for it because she had a line !??i didn’t know employees get to chose what I eat and especially be rude about it,she had the worst attitude. I’ll never be back thanks to TEMIKA!
