They’re only allowing entry to the drive through from Morrison. There is no signage informing consumers about of this change, just cones. Of course I drove around to every entrance except Morrison before realizing they were blocked. I was at the restaurant for 30 minutes after ordering on the mobile app. Once I got my order, 3 items were missing. I requested the items and were told they were in the new bag. When I got home, I was still missing an item. They really need to work out the kinks in their new way of providing service. Quickly grabbing dinner doesn’t seem to be an option here.
The worst wait time ever. I mean it’s worst than the Winchester location. Something really should be done about this. Absolutely horrible.

The last two or three times I’ve come to this location I’ve had to be pulled up. I’ve ordered thing that was on their menu as available but when I’ve placed my order and have paid they then time me they need for me to pull forward.

Employees are great. They have streamlined fast food like none other. But they forget the sauces we ordered. The extras, We got 2 plain chic sandwiches; all come withSauce on side. Also ordered a shake. Shake was great. No sauce for 2 plain sandwich but I like the dedication of employees I will try again

This place is okay by Memphis standards but that’s a very low bar. The food is good, but they consistently fail at delivery orders, leaving out items or preparing them incorrectly. If ordering Uber from this store, check your bag before the delivery person leaves — it’s 50/50 that they got it right.

Food was not as great as another location I have been to several times but it was ok. Staff in drive thru were friendly to the point where they acted like they were just going through the motions. Not very personable. Parking lot and drive thru were a maze almost. Only one way in and out.Don't get me wrong, they are always busy and nobody's perfect every day but I suggest there is room for improvement.

I recently visited 03/30/2024. Whomever the employees who were at the drive thru giving the orders for the outside drive thru window one of which’s name is Jankeyah if I saw it correctly stood there for several minutes without greeting me nor telling me why I was waiting to receive my order they just stood there and talked amongst themselves as if I was not there. I thought that was very rude to be honest.

The line was wrapped around the entire lot. I ordered through the app. He got to my car and quickly locates and processed my order. The girl at the kiosk brought me my receipt. Food was correct and fresh. All were friendly. Seamless transaction.
