What can you say about Chick-fil-A? They're literally known for some of the best chicken sandwiches you can get, the best service you can get and all for a decent price. And my last visit was no different.

My 3 year old would tell me to give Chick-fil-A a Kazillion because he loves it so much!!! ? ?Vegetarian options: Small but more than the average fast food restaurant. Salads, wraps, fruit cups, French fries, etc.Parking: They are always so busy, so parking can be difficult if not using the drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: Yes, it's our lunch date spot!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

The store no longer accepts orders for trays over the phone and they must be placed least 5 hours in advance. This is the second time i have placed an order for a tray and gotten charged for it only to be told there was no order placed when i went to pick it

The service and communication between employees and paying customers suck. I am not inclined to know you are using one drive thru lane when I placed an order and there were two lanes open. Furthermore, Ms. “Manager” I am not going to be spoken to in a rude manner and have you bark orders at me. Customers are the reason you have a paycheck. Hoping when the owners see this you no longer are employed here. You do not present the “My Pleasure” type of service Chick-fil-A strives to employ.

Last week I got breakfast and there was a human hair melted in with the cheese of the breakfast bowl. On top of that I ordered inside and watched over 25 vehicles enter and exit the drive through Que.Today I got lunch and asked for a few packs of honey roasted bbq sauce for 2 entrees and one order of fries. Was given 1 sauce.Fix yourself Chick Fil A.

I hate to leave the bad review. But every time we leave a doctor's appointment each week my kids we stop by chick-fil-a. They always look forward to their chicken nugget meals and their chocolate milks. The last two times they have messed up our orders. The first time they forgot the chicken nuggets of one meal and only gave me one fry. As well as leaving off a cookie. Then the second time we went which was the following week, they gave me the two chocolate milks in the drink holder along with my drink. And because the bag was so large I just assumed that my food was all in there because it's Chick-fil-A right. I get home I have my chicken sandwich with fries and drink, I have two chocolate milks from the kids meals, but no five piece chicken nugget meals for my daughters. It was around 1:00 in the afternoon so it was after the lunch rush. There is no Rhyme or Reason that the two five piece chicken nugget kids meals should have not been in the bag. This particular location at Poplar Avenue and Massey has been getting our order wrong for quite some time. I'm not sure what's going on but I will not be going to this location again. I will drive out of my way to go to one that I know generally doesn't mess up the orders. When they would hand the order to me at any time that I would go to a Chick-fil-A I would try to look through the bag just to confirm that everything is in the bag, but they don't want you to do that because it messes up their time they tell you just to go. You can be fast and polite as well as courteous and make sure the order is correct and give the customer just a few seconds to double check. Unfortunately this location does not and you are rushed and in my case missing orders.
