Welp!... I haven't been at this location (Elvis Presley/ Norris) in a while but they need to seriously go ahead and close! For real! My chicken was old, cold and hard as wood! So were the biscuits! It's ridiculous that they don't care and they serve this to customers. THEY NEVERRRRR HAVE HOT SAUCE AT ANY OF THE LOCATIONS!! I told cashier at drive through that I don't want the pepper. Hmmp! She was too busy talking to coworkers and gave me a pepper. I threw it out the window before I left the parking lot. Stupid!! 20 minutes after eating this greasy, cold chicken, I regurgitated! Nope! Don't pay to get sick to your stomach! I won't be back Everrrrr to Elvis Presley/ Norris location. Ya'll seriously need to close.

Something has definitely changed at this location. I dtopped in on 7/14, and i went inside, i was immediately greeted by a gentleman didnt get his name but he took my order, and i was out of there within 5 minutes. Cudos to this location your staff is excellent and the atmisphere and service has really improved.

Drive thru is Always ALWAYS terrible customer service. They mouths be smart and they always have something to say back even when they know they messed up your order or are wrong. They are very hostile ready to fight or whatever way they choose to retaliate.Never had fresh chicken and if it is the grease is never drained of the chicken, the fries are always hard n old or fresh and burnt.Parking: Pot holes everywhere, trash, people hanging out sailing drugs. Not yellow or white lines for parking cars neither.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp at all. And the door is by the drive tru literally. Cars are in line and the door to enter is in the front by the speaker were you order. So people have to walk threw the drive thru line to even enter the building.
