Stated it closed at 10 @ 9:00 all the staff put all the pizza in to go boxes to take home with them. The lady did not do a last call for pizza.. so I asked if they was making anymore pizza and she said no ..I stated that the entire staff put pizza in boxes including the one we just ordered about 10mins prior! will not be back. Staff ate more than paying customers

I went to the cici's Pizza on Germantown parkway it was okay but nothing special the service was not so good there was not enough pizza coming out and they were even crowded the food bar was just empty pretty much if I go back it will be a different location one of the guys that was make the pizza I ask him one question he spoke to me like he was irritated of from the one question

Piss poor service from what I use to consider my favorite location(Bartlett,Tn). The manager and staff seem to need more training and more customer service skills. Will definitely NOT return to this location in the future.
It has improved a little in cleanliness. Once I went there it smelled like urine. The windows were dirty, as were the plates and the table, but now I recently went to correct these things. I hope it continues like this.

When I looked up the time to see what time Cici’s closed I seen where it said 10:00 and I didn’t realized that was for to go orders and dine in closed at 9:00. We showed up about 8:45 and was instantly greeted by the whole staff and not rushed to finish our meals or anything and they made sure they got fresh pizza out for us. I didn’t even know the restaurant was closed until we were finishing up and leaving around 9:30ish and when I apologized for being those Karen’s that showed up right before closing and stayed while they were closed because I really had no idea, they reassured me that it was no problem! Truly appreciate the kindness my family received tonight! Will be returning!Kid-friendliness: They were super nice to my kids and family!
