Pizza was poor quality, and there were no personal pizza orders any longer. The dining area was filthy. Very poor showing this time for this Cici's. I am certain it will be a long time if ever before we visit this location again.
I took out a pizza for dinner from this place and regretted my decision. The pizza was quite a mediocre. Well I’m not expecting hand crafted, fancy Neapolitan pizza but at least something similar to what you get at other chains ( of similar price). No idea why they put some mushrooms when it was never written ( and I hate mushroom on pizza)! The non existent cheese on top made my wonder did they accidentally thought me as lactose tolerant ???

Not generally a good experience for seniors because the kids run around & almost trip me up. I liked the $4.99 "permanent" drink cup, which allowed free soda or iced tea till end of 2023. That made the buffet an even better value, since drinks are normally around $2 extra. I hope they will offer the drink promo again for 2024. The extra savings kept me & my friends coming. Salad bar is fair; they just don't keep the lettuce tray & salad dressing bottles filled in a timely manner....read full review
