It doesn't leave a bad after taste in your mouth and doesn't taste burnt. I like sweet, but I like my coffee too. It's got to compliment each other and this is it.“
“Today I stopped by this nice, cool cafe to grab a coffee. I have been to French Truck Coffee, earlier to other locations. This location is the new addition in town. They really have good coffee. I tried their Japanese slow drip cold brew, and that was amazing. The barista was very cool and she explained that to me when I asked about the coffee. They have some snack, baked goodies and options for breakfast, and lunch too. I grabbed a piece of baked pastry with my coffee and that was good too. Highly recommended if you love to go to coffee shops and spend time there.“

Rigby has placed 1st in international roasting competitions, which you can tell by his skill in brewing.This is a fully vegan coffee shop that specializes in pour over coffee and the experience that it provides. The experience was top notch and super enjoyable.Rigby makes the pour over coffee for you and allows you to smell the coffee at multiple steps of the brewing process. You can tell he is passionate about coffee as he explains the roasting process and origins of the coffee he is serving. While drinking he goes over flavor notes and tells stories about the coffee.Such a cool experience if you are looking for a specialized and deep look into the coffee world.“
