Great food. My dad was with me and he never been there b4. He was amazed at the variety of food they had . And he loved all the choices they had for the side items. The food tasted great. My dad thought so too. He got burger and cajun fries and slaw. My dad said the slaw was great . (He said it was sweet. He said it hard to find a place where he likes the slaw.)and drink. I got chicken tenders , Cajun fries, and white cheddar bites, and a chocolate chip milkshake . The atmosphere was good . The lady at the front who took our order was really nice. Alot of places like this in memphis, its hard to find good customer service. She was patient with my dad when he was trying to figure which sides he wanted. She helped my dad pick which sides he wanted. She brought us our food. Highly recommend.

Staff were rude. Food was bland and messy. Sister got a peach shake and it was vanilla with like a couple peach chunks in it here and there. Been to Cook Outs in a lot of places and this is by far the worst.

Great menu choices for a really great price, especially if you get their Tray Deal. Just like they say the food tastes like it's from Cookout. Wonderful Shake selection and yes you'll need a spoon for some of them because they put actual Cheesecake in the cheesecake shake. Food wise hands down I recommend. Plus you can eat inside this Cookout unlike the others drive thru only.

Great spot. Brings back fond memories of college. Every now and then I have a late night out and it’s really great to have a fast food joint open when everything else in memphis is closed. Really appreciate the folks who work late too because I’m sure it’s not fun as they’re usually busy in the wee hours yet they still manage to get my order right every time with a good attitude. That’s no easy feat so thank you Cookout Team! You guys deserve some praise for quality service

All I got was 3 shakes. First, the lady didn't look like she wanted to be there. When I asked for a cup holder, she said they didn't have any and still tried to give me the shakes. I had to ask for a bag to put the shakes in.

I went through the drive through and ordered the tray. I was charger way over the price and they left out a main item. Then they tried to chage me more money for the main item they left out. They ended up giving me the item but not the money that they over charged me. Better watch you money there. Something must be going on with them keeping money. They wouldn't even give me a Receipt.

I had an awful experience here. I just went and the person on the microphone was short and mistook my order twice which would have charged me more than I wanted. The cashier literally snatched money out of my hand like I had personally assaulted her, and on top of everything else when I got the burger it was smashed, the wrong burger, and had literally nothing on it. The only exception I wanted was no bacon and they just took everything off. I get having a bad day but this feels like a team got together and tried to make the worst customer experience possible. Awful.
