This was one of the first restaurants to close during the government's fake pandemic, and the last to re-open their doors. Now they have completely gone bonkers with price hikes. The combos 2.5 yrs ago were $4.99, and now they are double for a smaller portion.These corporations clearly don't care about the customers. I'm done with the tiny portions@ double the price. It's time to vote with our pocketbooks, and just stop eating here.

This place is what I have been looking for since Backyard Burgers completely closed down nationwide. The menu options and taste and quality of food is way better than BYB, for sure‼️
I supposed to have two double burger meal trays and they only give a single burger and then the cashier . Argues with us. All the tables were dirty. And the music was really really loud. And our fries were cold.

DON’T RECOMMEND. Horrible customer service, was rushed during my entire order. After everything I stated the order taker, Madisen would rudely ask “anything else” instead of allowing me to order and then state “that’ll be all” when done. Food was just thrown together and handed out the window with NO BAG. They forgot both of my milkshakes with my trays. Who is training the staff here?

I wouldn't call Cook Out a barbecue restaurant. I've only had burgers and chicken there. I didn't even know they served barbecue.Good food, decent prices, service needs to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A. I've never been overwhelmed with their service @ Cook Out despite enjoying this restaurant at several different locations in both AL & TN.

I love this location. I love cook out in general, but this location is really good. The food is always hot and fresh. May have moments where the fries are old or strips have been taken out the grease too soon, but more often times than not the food is delicious, service is fast, prices are cheap, and they have good service even into the late hours. 9 out of 10 definitely recommend.

The least expensive fast food place that we've found. The season fries are fabulous. The burgers are not huge, but they are delicious and the people who work here are really friendly.
