My experience is mostly pleasant but please stop filling the sodas to the brim to where they are spilling!! Almost without fail I always end up with a stain from my beverage because its coming out the top of the cup! These stains do not always come out! I appreciate wanting to make sure the cup is filled but stop at the line!

Nobody was behind me or at the drive through window yet I was rushed through my orderAnd the cashier didn’t seem to want to wait for me to decide what I wanted. She kept cutting me off when I did try to order with questions I wasn’t sure about because I wasn’t even done looking at the menu. WasI in a race I was not aware of? I felt rushed and made to just pick something to hurry and get my order and go. That’s how I felt on this particular visit.
Discourteous employee taking orders, rung mines up incorrectly, had me leave the drive thru. Wait 10 mins, then walk up to another order window for this garbage. Fries were good tho.

It took more than 30 minutes to get our food and when we did it was not what we ordered,the staff argued with me about it . My food had bacon on it they insisted that was what I ordered and I don't eat bacon and my side of cheese bites was a order of 2 pieces ,they got my sons food wrong as well,then refused to give me a refund and the one girl raised her voice to me . I will never spend my money here again and never recommend them to anyone in fact I will be telling everyone that I know to not ever eat there !!!!!

The Burger is overcooked,hard, and the cheese jalapeno fries had ONE uncut jalapeno slice on them..with no togo forksThey got our food wrong 3 times and gave us 3 different bags, taking them back through the window and not saying a word. before giving us the right bag. Said that the burgers don't come with tomato or lettuce or cheese. You had to. Ask for that separately,Wish I could give no stars .The WORST cookout I have ever been to, and I lived in Raleigh,NC . (Which those you don't know is some of the headquarters in North and South Carolina..)Will Never be back to this location.Do yourself a favor and go to Whatabuger next door.

Got in line to order at the drive thru and was told to pull up. Waited 10 mins in line behind someone else until my turn. Pulled up to the window to hand my cash and the cashier lady asked what I had ordered. I told her fries and she said there wasn’t an order in for that and that I would have to get back in line behind 5 cars when I already waited 10 mins and had ordered. Highly unprofessional!
